Communications coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Implement the communication plan and the strategies developed
  • Coordinate the firm’s marketing projects with the executive committee
  • Create engaging quality content for social media and the company’s website
  • Write communications in various forms to attract, convert and reach different clienteles, while keeping in mind the reach of marketing objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to highlight the company’s architectural, interior design and graphic design projects and services
  • Coordinate media relations
  • Act as the person in charge of applications for architecture and design competitions
  • Create content for the company’s monthly newsletter
  • Coordinate deliverables (internal or external) in collaboration with the graphic designers
  • Develop the employer brand with the Human Resources Director and participate in its deployment
  • Coordinate photo shoots of projects with professional photographers and assist as needed
  • Act as an advisor to employees or associates in the event of representation (e.g.: conference, trade show, etc.)
  • Participate in the organization and coordination of the firm’s events

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in communications or marketing
  • Excellent understanding of social media
  • Experience in the field of architecture and design (asset)
  • Mastery of the Office suite, WordPress
  • Mastery or good knowledge of the Adobe suite
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp and Google Analytics
  • Fluency in French and English, spoken and written
  • Autonomy, writing skills, thoroughness, initiative and creativity
