Your responsibilities

  • Manage employer brand and be its ambassador internally and externally
  • Help maintain a workplace environment reflecting corporate values and culture
  • Contribute to the development, the updating and the day-to-day application of HR policies
  • Act as advisor to partners and managers
  • Support employees into interpretation and application of policies, programs and current legislation
  • Ensure the entire staffing process
  • Coordinate the welcoming and integration process for new employees
  • Manage staff flows
  • Administrate benefits programs (group insurance, retirement savings, telemedicine, EFAP)
  • Manage the performance management and career development process
  • Plan training courses and follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with salary scale policy and maintain pay equity
  • Manage health and safety files and sit on the OHS committee
  • Ensure respect of provincial labour laws
  • Maintain HR systems and employee records up to date
  • Conduct various organizational development projects
  • Participate in corporate events planning

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management
  • Experience in a multi-site company (asset)
  • Proficiency in the Office Suite
  • Fluent in French and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Member of Ordre des CRHA (an asset)
  • Knowledge of a HRIS (Cangaroo, an asset)
  • Open to occasionally travel to our Quebec and Ottawa offices
  • Diplomacy, discretion, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal abilities, organization skills, political sense
