Your qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources management
Experience in a multi-site company (asset)
Proficiency in the Office Suite
Fluent in French and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
Member of Ordre des CRHA (an asset)
Knowledge of a HRIS (Cangaroo, an asset)
Open to occasionally travel to our Quebec and Ottawa offices
Diplomacy, discretion, good oral and written communication skills, good interpersonal abilities, organization skills, political sense
