Develop programs and feasibility studies for projects
Participate in projects and concept development
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and various stakeholders
Produce estimation, construction drawings and details
Participation in building code studies and by-laws analysis
Ensure quality and budgetary control and follow up on the schedule
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations and building codes
Follow up with clients
Participation to site visits and ensure the supervision of work sites
Your qualifications
University degree in architecture
5 to 10 years or relevant experience
Be a member in good standing of the OAQ
Proficiency in Revit (mandatory), SketchUp and Enscape
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French
Interpersonal abilities, cliennt orientation, multitasking, problem solving skills, rigor
