Intermediate Architectural Designer

Your responsibilities

You will develop architectural concepts of diverse nature and scope to meet the needs of clients. Multi-residential, hotels, spas, institutional or industrial buildings…there is something for everyone!

  • Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements
  • Produce programs and feasibility studies
  • Develop architectural and design concepts
  • Prepare budget estimates
  • Prepare high quality presentations for clients
  • Work closely with the project management team
  • Maintain communication with clients throughout the project

Your qualifications

  • University degree in architecture
  • Between 5 to 10 years professional experience in architecture
  • Be a member in good standing of the OAQ (asset)
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and Enscape
  • Creativity, client orientation, sense of aesthetic, rigor and communication skills
